Abstract

Prospects for cultural dialogue have always been regarded as the achievement of civilization. Since at the beginning of the development of mankind, tribal communication took place on the principle of tribal isolationism, which played a decisive role in the formation of primitive society. Today, it is believed that cultural isolation can lead to the death of a certain civilization.
