Archival documents on the beginnings of Adventism in Ukrainian lands

Abstract

The issues of the beginnings of Adventism in Ukrainian lands are covered in the scientific literature, the messages of its authors are based mainly on the memoirs of the pioneers of the national Adventist movement. However, it does not actually use archival sources. Although the number of the latter is negligible, it still allows for some clarification of the first steps of this Protestant movement in Ukraine, which leads to some reflections and conclusions. This is the purpose of our work - to investigate the topic on the basis of archival materials.
